« Summer Bacon & Stone Fruit Salad

For when you've got peaches

Cook bacon in oven on rack. 375 for 15 min. Flip. Repeat every 10min till done.

Dressing: Red wine vinegar. Splash of white wine vinegar. Light oil like grape seed.

Ingreedients:

  • Rustic croutons
  • Arugula or baby kale
  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • Pickled shallots
  • Peaches or apricots

Serve with a light red wine.
