Quick and delicious
Drain and rinse 1 can of chikpeas
Pour into food processor
Add in:
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 Cup Tahini
- 1 big pinch salt
- 10 Cracks Peper
- 1 Garlic Clove smashed to a paste
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 Tbsp Water
Blend while drizziling in:
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Water as needed to lossen up
- Salt to taste
