Quick and delicious

Drain and rinse 1 can of chikpeas

Pour into food processor

Add in:

  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1 big pinch salt
  • 10 Cracks Peper
  • 1 Garlic Clove smashed to a paste
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 Tbsp Water

Blend while drizziling in:

  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Water as needed to lossen up
  • Salt to taste
