« Pickled Shallots

Great on avocado toast, salads, etc.

Heat up brine

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1oz apple cider vinegar
  • 1oz white vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp sugar

Plus 1/4 pound sliced shallots. About 2 shallots or 115g.

1 tsp of coriander seeds crushed
