Yeasted and quick

Get yeast going:

  • 1 cup (236g) hot water (110-116F)
  • 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 5 minutes to party

Mix in dry ingredients

  • 380g flower (AP or Bread)
  • 10g salt

Dough hook it until combined. Then mix on low for ~5 minutes.

Take dough out of bowl, oil the bowl, and put it back.

Let it rise.

  • 8 hours in fridge
  • 4 hours room temp
  • 2 hours in a warm spot

Make your pizza

  • 2 pizzas for American style
  • 3 pizzas for Neapolitan style
