« Sausage, Apple, and Kale

Perfect for weeknights

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Pork sausages
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 3 Apples
  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • Olive oil
  • Apple cider vinegar

Oven stuff

  • Preheat to 475°F
  • Slice onion and apples (Not too thin. Maybe 1/3")
  • Cover with olive oil, salt
  • Place on sheet pan with sausage
  • Bake for 15 min / 150°F internal temp

Green stuff

  • Cut kale into little bites
  • Add a simple dressing:
    • Apple cider vinegar
    • Olive oil (TK: How much?)
    • Salt + Pepper
  • When hot stuff comes out of oven, add it to the kale and serve.
