Stay'n alive!
Feed every other day, by pouring out all but 1 Tbsp of the origional, and mixing in more flower and water.
If in the fridge, lasts 1 week at least. (maybe 2?)
Jose Baker ratios:
- 120g - Cold water
- 105g - Whole wheat flower
We've gone down to 3/7 ratios:
- 90g - Cold water
- 78g - Whole wheat flower
And now even 1/2 ratio:
- 60g - Cold water
- 52g - Whole wheat flower
